The ActiveDEMAND Connection

Our story with Smart Girl Digital, and Katie Holt, goes way back—even before it officially began. The connection started when Katie was leading an operator through a website redesign effort. As the Corporate Director of Marketing, Katie discovered the power of  ActiveDEMAND as a key technical platform to help her website lead generation efforts call tracking, and nurture campaign workflows. During that process, Katie provided operator-side guidance between the ActiveDEMAND and Enquire CRM integration buildout to create seamless data flow. Katie was instrumental in guiding the project and, in doing so, introduced ActiveDEMAND to the world of senior living marketing.

After her role on the operator side, Katie launched Smart Girl Digital as a digital consultant. While her initial focus wasn’t going to be senior living. However, Sean, ActiveDEMAND’s CEO, saw an opportunity to bring her back to the industry through some mutual partnerships and industry consulting engagements. These connections reignited her passion for serving the senior living industry and Smart Girl Digital pivoted to providing full-service digital marketing services for senior living owners, operators, and management companies. 

Through Katie’s trusted partnership with ActiveDEMAND and Sean, Smart Girl Digital expanded by adding Sarah Sheridan to the team. Sarah brings additional operator-side knowledge of senior living technology solutions, sales processes, and experience to the Smart Girl team. 

Combined, Katie and Sarah fuel the Smart Girl Digital strategy foundation with a deep passion for serving senior living, supporting digital marketing strategies, and expert-level knowledge of the CRM side of the industry.
