Pricing Details for Call Tracking Numbers & Minutes
ActiveDEMAND Call Tracking Numbers are available in any ActiveDEMAND subscription package. The call tracking aspect is a prepaid service.
The Service fee structure is broken up into:
- Monthly recurring charges for phone number rental
- Talk time minutes for inbound phone calls
Monthly Recurring Charges for Phone Number Rental:
- The phone number rental is collected in advance every month.
- We do not refund monthly rental fee after it has been deducted from your account.
Talk time Minutes for Inbound Phone Calls:
Charges for talk time on the phone use accrue daily. Your account will be charged for the amount of talk time incurred by you.
How the Pre-paid Service Works:
As an ActiveDEMAND client you will be responsible for maintaining a positive balance within your phone tracking account. Your account balance will drop as charges such as phone number rental, talk time, and SMS messages sent/received are incurred and collected from your account.
In order to keep your account balance in the positive we recommend that you set up your account for automatic recharge. You will select the minimum credit balance that you wish to maintain in your account. As soon as the balance in your account drops below the minimum threshold, our credit card processor will automatically charge your credit card on file and top the balance in your account up to the level that you have selected as your maximum account balance.
What happens if my account balance drops below $0?
If your account balance drops below $0, the tracking number service will be suspended. It is therefore essential that your phone account always maintain a positive balance. In the event that your credit card is declined, the billing system will issue a warning email advising you of the issues with your card. It is therefore important that you keep your billing email updated. All numbers that are in an account that has a negative balance are subject to deletion at our discretion. Deleted numbers are not recoverable.
How to make a one-time payment in lieu of automatic recharge?
If you do not wish to use the auto recharge payment feature and prefer to make one-time payment you can use your credit card to top up your account.
*Note, pricing does not include costs incurred as a result of forwarding your tracked number to a toll number. All extra charges will be the responsibly of the purchaser of the tracked number.
**Accounts that are not paid in full could face numbers being released
*** ActiveDEMAND will release any numbers for transfer to a client and or anther service as long as the current account is in good standing and no fees are owed.
****SMS messaging is priced per message. SMS has a technical limit of 160 character per message. Any message sent via ActiveDEMAND that is larger than 160 characters will be broken into multiple messages and there will be a charge per message part that as sent.
