What is Multi-Channel Marketing Automation?

Multi-channel marketing automation is the process of creating and maintaining a marketing presence across multiple media platforms (i.e.: Web, social media, mobile / smartphones, etc.). Multi-channel marketing automation requires marketers to be consistent with marketing content and context across multiple marketing platforms. Customer activity and responses are collected and prioritized. Campaign effectiveness is evaluated and degree of success determined from analyzed results. Lead nurturing and marketing (email) campaigns must consider the complete buyer’s experience, including social media interactions, across multiple channels and platforms.
