Inbound marketing strategy involves attracting strangers through blogs, keywords, or social publishing and converting them to visitors and eventually to leads using enhanced landing pages, calls-to-action, and forms. Leads giving permission to receive emails contribute to workflow and CRM. Survey, smart content, and social monitoring help leads become customers and promoters of the business, product, and/or service.
