What is Context?

Context is the customization of content to the desired target audience. Context determines how relevant the blog, podcast, or social media post is and what audience / customer demographic is attracted. Context helps personalize and make more relevant marketing that targets customers’ needs and interests. Effective context makes marketing perform much better. For example, a steakhouse restaurant would not deliberately structure its inbound marketing strategy toward vegetarians. Energetic email marketing, calls for action, and smart forms are used to present targeted context.
