Closed loop marketing is the “feedback loop.” It gives the business an overview of how its marketing efforts and message are being received and responded to by the customer and the overall impact that has to the company’s bottomline. Customer data and behavior allow the business to modify their marketing campaign and revise and improve their marketing tactics and strategies. Closed loop marketing provides an overview of how much new business growth has been achieved from the business’ initial marketing investment.
