Clicks-Per-Delivered (CTDR)

What is Clicks-Per-Delivered (CTDR)?

Clicks-per-delivered (CTDR) is the percentage measure of the number of clicks divided by the number of emails delivered to the intended inbox. The CTDR can indicate if text messages or messages that include images get more clicks. It may be an indication the email campaign should be modified. Customer behavior in various parts of the country or world may be compared, as well as how many new and existing customers click in. CTDR can serve as a driver to encourage trying different email content, offers / coupons, etc.
