What is A/B Testing?
A/B testing (split testing) is used to optimize marketing efforts to improve conversion rate. It is a simple process of posting and comparing group responses to two versions (A and B) of a single website or marketing email. A/B testing determines which version gets the best overall results. Sign-up, download, and purchase changes are used to measure group reactions to each version. Resultant web page or email variations, such as the copy, call-to-action, landing page, or subject line are made to more effectively drive the desired consumer behavior.
