With Google’s pivotal shift away from third-party cookies, we’ve dedicated ourselves to ensuring that ActiveDEMAND remains your indispensable resource for gathering and analyzing prospect and customer data. Our recent blog series delves deep into this transition, offering insights and strategies to navigate the changing tides without missing a beat. Feature Highlights: What’s New This Month

This month, we’re thrilled to introduce a slew of updates and new features aimed at enhancing your ActiveDEMAND experience:

Task System Reporting Widgets – now you can report the following:

• Completed tasks by type (donut graph)
• Deals with no open tasks (bar graph)
• Deals with past due tasks (bar graph & HTML table)
• Overdue tasks by owner (bar graph & HTML table)
• Completed task analysis (html table)

Tasks Question Mark Icon – we’ve added a blue question mark icon to all reporting widgets. Clicking on it will open a pop-up window that describes the widget’s reporting functions.

• Enhanced Automation Capabilities: We’ve upgraded our automation tools, making it easier than ever to create, manage, and optimize your marketing campaigns on the fly.
  • Drip campaign exit conditions & split test widget for drip campaigns – new functionality for your drip campaigns makes it easier to create a split test and remove contacts from the campaign with defined exit parameters.Find the new workflow icon for the Split Test under the Funnel-Workflow tab and the Decisions icon on the right menu.
    

    And the Exit Conditions can be found under the Goals tab within a campaign.

    
    

• User Experience Upgrades: Based on your feedback, we’ve made several improvements to the ActiveDEMAND interface, ensuring a smoother, more intuitive user journey.
  • Sign-in via Google or Microsoft – you may have noticed an update to our login page. You can now sign in via Google or Microsoft for a more secure, convenient, and streamlined user experience.
    
    • Cloning Frenzy! – Ok, maybe not entirely but you now can:
      • Clone goals across campaigns: have a goal that works for a myriad of campaigns? Now you can clone from one campaign to another.
      • Clone spam keywords across accounts: some spam keywords just work for all accounts and not having to re-add them to every account is a timesaver!
      • Clone lead scoring configurations across accounts: This is handy if the same lead scoring configuration applies to many accounts. No need to re-create it with every new account!
